The paper deals with the issues of obtaining minimum waviness surfaces formed by additive processes TIG welding. It is known that geometric parameters melt bead, which form a reproducible workpiece layer layer, are determined both energy and kinematic characteristics process. In this case, laying rollers occurs optimal overlap, as result it possible to achieve maximum density model, however, simultaneous appearance certain due thermodynamic phenomena in bath. proposed model formation bead melt, use made establish rational conditions for out layers.
